I had feelings of guilt and regret with the passing of three of my pets. After the session with Karen, I came to a higher understanding of the events, in particular my pets' view of their situations.

I have two young cats, adopted a short time ago, who couldn’t seem to get along. I recently had a communication session with Karen to help determine what we could do to ease the situation for Trixie, who seemed to be more upset with their encounters. My cat Sadie was eating paper towels around the house, and I couldn’t figure out why. I went to Karen and had her ask Sadie why she was eating them.
Karen told me that Sadie liked eating paper towels because it was fun. Karen also shared Sadie wanted me to spend more time playing with her. I started to play with her more, and now she no longer eats paper towels. Karen saved the day once again.

I have had so much peace since our session. Knowing that Cupcake will be ok no matter how it ends has freed me so much. When you said that you felt joy from her living this life, when connecting with her stung a little but woke me up and the whole purpose in ever getting Cupcake in the first place was to provide her the best life possible, because that is where my joy comes from.
Providing my animals the best life they could have is my purpose. So even though the life she is living is not how I envisioned her best life, to know that its purpose was to heal and move her soul forward gives me such peace.
I feel so grateful and humbled that I have been able to play such a crucial part in her learning this very important soul lesson: realizing that this situation is simply not really about me at all but about Cupcake, has freed me up from the guilt and self blame and I felt like I was being punished for not being good enough etc. so I am finally at peace.
I 100% did not believe I could be at peace ever again unless Cupcake came home. But I am at peace, no matter how it turns it out. Thank you from the the bottom of my heart.

I have never worked with a Shamanic Healer before Karen, but have always had an interest and deep appreciation for the traditions passed down by our Ancestors. I came to Karen with the intention to better understand and clear that which has contributed to the chronic insomnia that has plagued me for the prior six months.
I could sense my own anxiousness before we started, yet Karen's presence created an atmosphere of safety and calm. As we entered the session I began to instinctively move my body with breath, and in my mind's eye, I began to see sacred imagery of symbols, animals, and words. I journeyed with the rattling and drumming as Karen shared the intuited calls of my protectors, ancestors, guides and supporters. As we wrapped up, I was in awe of Karen's ability to intuit specifics like the word "expansion," which I had chosen as my annual mantra, and is a part of my new job title.
The session itself was revitalizing yet serene, and empowered me to try to fall asleep without a prescribed sleep aid that night. For the first time I fell asleep in almost six months without medication. I am excited to see how I am feeling and sleeping as time progresses. I have tried traditional western medicine, Reiki, naturopathic herbal remedies, exercise, nutrition, yoga, meditation...you name it. Of all that I have tried, Karen's session has left a lasting impact and it's only been 24 hours! Transformational.

I have known Karen for about 2 years, during that time I have had the pleasure to bear witness to her skills as a Shaman and as a kind, loving person. Karen is a gift to humanity, an ancient soul living in these times. She strives for impeccability, collaborating with Spirit by letting go of her ego-self in service to her clients.
She has journeyed many times for us and our animals. We have two dogs, both of which have medical issues. Our dog, Que Sera, has both inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and perianal fistulas. Our dog, ZiJi, has idiopathic epilepsy causing grand mal seizures.
Since Karen has been collaborating with Spirit to do healings on them, both our dog’s chronic conditions have improved. Que Sera vomits much less often, and she has not had a new fistula in the last 9 months. Over the last 3 years, ZiJi would have 1 to 3 seizures every
3 weeks (while on 14 anti-seizure meds/day). Of late, he has been going 8 to 9 weeks between seizures! The only thing different in his regime is the healing work.
I believe Karen has been a Shamanic Practitioner for many lifetimes because her skills and knowledge go beyond what seems possible in one life span.
I have been in many classes with Karen and the information she brings forth from her Shamanic Journeys are profound. Her messages from Spirit manifest the divine and are in harmony with the Universe.
Karen is an authentic being moving through this world with the grace and humility of an immensely powerful Shaman. It is my pleasure to know and work with Karen.

Karen did a reading on my dog Ru-Bee and to my amazement was right on with her sweetness and her personality.
She gave me information that only anyone who lives in my house would know the landscape. She also answered questions that I had that I would have never known. Her communication was exactly the way I envisioned Ru-Bee to be.

Ever since I had my session with Karen, I have understood my cat better. My cat, Ginger, has been jumping up to grab the window clings off the sliding glass door. This has been a bit annoying but I found out she is doing it because she doesn't know what they are.
Karen also did body mapping where she feels what my cat feels in her body. When I feed Ginger bedtime snacks, she doesn’t feel very well. I have decided I'm going to stop feeding her bedtime snacks. Oh boy, is Ginger going to hate that!
Karen went deep into what Ginger was sharing with me and she also pointed out the smaller details. My experience with Karen was very nice.
