Private Session Policy on Cancellations, Missed Appointments, Session Deposit and Refunds

To Schedule, Cancel or Change a Private Appointment
To schedule, change or cancel an appointment please email us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be charged full payment for your session. Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 15 minutes late will forfeit their appointments and are charged the full fee for the service. Also see change and cancellation policy below. If you cancel your session outside of these guidelines, you will forfeit the entire fee for your session.

A session can be re-booked to a new date within 3 months of the first reservation providing you adhere to the 48 hour change policy.

NO REFUNDS will be granted for canceled or missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Clients who request a session over the phone in the US or Canada will be contacted at the phone number provided/registered in the scheduling system. Clients outside the US/Canada will be expected to phone Karen at their own cost. It is the client’s responsibility to be available at the time of the appointment and to ensure that the contact information listed in the account is correct.

Not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. We reserve the right NOT to offer appointments to certain individuals. ONLY in this situation will a full refund be returned to the purchaser. Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment.

Recording Policy

Sessions can be recorded at the request of the client. Recordings are for private use ONLY. Recordings in full or part are not to be shared on or through any kind of media including social media or any other platforms. Recordings are kept for 30 days. Please make sure to download the recording(s) prior to the 30 day expiration.
